Celebrating 50 years of ANZSOC, the 2017 conference theme is ‘Acknowledging the past, imagining the future’. The conference will bring together academics, researchers, students, policy makers and practitioners from across the criminology and criminal justice field to share knowledge and insights from criminology’s rich traditions, its vital current contributions and its emerging future. Family Violence is one of the 15 general themes for the conference

Stop Domestic Violence Conference, Melbourne Australia (4-6 December 2017)

The 3rd STOP Domestic Violence Conference Australia will be held at Rydges Melbourne from Monday 4 – Tuesday 5 December, followed by half day workshops on Wednesday 6 December 2017.

This year the conference will embark on the theme of ‘Domestic Violence Does Not Discriminate’ with nine featured speakers and over 50 expert stream/ workshop presenters.  The conference aims to provide a platform for a unified national voice on ending domestic violence.
